FITNESS CLASSES

Staying motivated can always be a challenge, but with a wide variety of fitness classes available here at Majestic Fitness, you’ll find the perfect way to keep active.

Whatever you are looking to achieve, we have classes for the whole community. From our standard fitness classes, dedicated female only classes to classes specially tailored for older adults, we’ve got something to suit everyone.

You can book classes online or by downloading the Majestic Fitness App.

Note that we expect to commence classes from 17th May, subject to government guidelines.

OUR CLASSES

Les Mills BODYPUMP

A barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition,  BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout and is suitable for all levels.

Les Mills RPM

RPM is a group cycling workout where you control the intensity. During an RPM session you repeatedly rotate the pedals to reach your cardio peak then ease back down, keeping pace with the pack to lift your personal performance and boost your cardio fitness.

A superbly intense aerobic workout with elements of martial arts and conditioning. Kick and punch into your perfect body shape.

LEGS, BUMS & TUMS

Tone up, firm up and burn fat from your tummy, hips, thighs and bottom. This class will shape your lower body as you lunge, step and squat your way to fitness.

JUMP X

Jumpx is a low impact, high energy, very intense workout, which takes place on a small trampoline. Xtra Fun, Toning & calorie burning. We welcome most ages and all fitness levels, our classes are high intensity, but low impact as the trampolines take most of the shock that normally goes straight to your joints. We guarantee you will get results and have a great time whilst doing so.
